  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Support the HR or Finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Tech Support Specialist

A Tech Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support to users experiencing issues with computer systems, software, hardware, or network-related problems. Their role is critical in maintaining an organization’s IT operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical functioning.

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions or escalate complex issues to higher-level support.

  • Install, configure, and update software and applications.

  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems.

  • Document issues, resolutions, and create support documentation or FAQs.
